The central control unit resides on the base board, where a latest generation microprocessor is housed, which allows you to monitor type J thermocouples for temperature control in the cooking chamber and steamer, to activate the relay outputs for load management, to take advantage of Real Time Clock for the definition of a high precision time base.
The system consists of two main modules: the basic board, also including the unit for managing thermocouples, and the user interface board with keys for manual controls, LEDs, LED bars and displays for monitoring the functions, acoustic signals alarm and attention.
